Lobster Salad

- 1 pound fresh cooked lobster meat, cut up into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- Dash white pepper
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup chopped green onions (scallions)
- ¼ teaspoon dried or fresh dill
Assembly
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper, parsley, green onion, celery, and dill in a mixing bowl; stir in lobster.
Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
